We provide no information to third parties. No information will be divulged to anyone other than the registered owner of the site or their appointed representative without consent.

The domain name registration and the website hosting are the responsibility of third parties and their privacy policies should be viewed by the registered owner.

User Agreement

Site design and maintenance is provided  and the responsibility of datahelps.com

Web hosting is provided by outside sources and are subject to their terms and conditions. We cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or terminations made by them. Their services are provided solely at their costs to our clients as an added benefit and we only act as your agent, not theirs. Only their warranties will apply.

All files and hosting are the property of the registered owner of the website and at anytime can be requested by the them. The costs incurred by the registered owner are for the design & files of the website only and upon termination by either party those properties will be returned to the registered owner. In the event of sale of a business or name change, this will pass on to the new registered owner only.  If registration of name change has not been done, we will be unable to release this information.

The registered owner of the website will hold sole responsibility for the name and content of the website. Datahelps.com will assume no responsibility or liability  for the name, content, guarantees or misrepresentation made by the registered owner or any other parties associated with the website.

Forfeiture - In the event of non-payment by the registered owner of the website for any services provided by datahelps.com, or payment made by datahelps.com on the registered owners behalf for hosting or name registrations will become payable immediately and are subject to a 2% per month overdue fee. Also at which time the registered owner will default ownership of all files, names and otherwise to datahelps.com.
