Custom Web Design
With a custom designed website, we tailor the website look and function to the way you want, and can match the style of your existing print materials. You are guaranteed a choice from up to two custom designs concepts, created specifically for your project. (included in our all-inclusive plan)
- First we chat to discuss the goals and needs of your website. Ideas you may have about the visual look of the website, as well as what content you require on the site.
- I will supply you a quote on services.
- I present an example web design concept, designed specifically for your website.
- You OK the design, or we work together to modify that into exactly what you’re after (perhaps changing the color, slight layout modifications, etc.). You’re given many opportunities to provide feedback, so we can be assured that you’re getting the website that you want.
- A domain name is then chosen and registered.
- Site is then coded and placed with webhosting company.
- Once the general website look and functionality is established, I then create all of the pages, adding functionality such as drop-down menus, slide shows, and the written materials that you have provided.
- Website is then submitted to be included in search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing etc.
- Google analytics tracker is set up if you so desire.
Domain Name Registration
Your domain name tells the visitor how to find you and can be (yourname).com, (yourname).ca, (yourname).net, (yourname).info etc. etc. The name you choose should be as short and descriptive as possible, you want your visitors to remember it easily. (included in our all-inclusive plan)
Web Hosting
Once you have a domain name and a website you will need a web host to display your website on the net. Once again in our all-inclusive pricingthis is included. (included in our all-inclusive plan)
Website Maintenance
Our all-inclusive package includes up to 4 hours of website maintenance per year.
Visitor Statistics
We use Google analytics to track visitors to your website, these stats are available to you 24/7. All you need to do is create a google account or we can do it for you.
